Rating by category:
The location of the hotel is very nice, away from the noisy touristic center. It's a region that you can relax and see how the city goes on. The staff of the hotel is very polite. The rooms were really clean. There was no problem at all.
great location without the hordes of tourists
very small rooms.
The hotel has the feeling of a small european hotel, not a chain. My room was small but very clean and had a comfortable bed. The location was very good and in an interesting and safe neighborhood. I requested a non-smoking room and was given one. There were several good places to eat within the immediate vicinity of the hotel and a wide variety of interesting shops in the area as well. The hotel has a small cafe in the lower level. The food was fairly basic but good and reasonably priced. (Unfortunately a television set was on all the time and was quite distracting.)
The windows in my room were of frosted glass that you could not see through. Also when I opened the window it looked onto a brick wall. Had I known this in advance, I would have upgraded to a room on the front of the hotel. Also the information book found in the room stated that hot tea or coffee was available in the room upon request at no charge. I asked just for the hot water so I could make my own tea and the first morning a pot of hot water was delivered to my door, but no cup. The second morning they got it right. I got the feeling that my request was not something the staff was used to.
The toiletries provided were better than in some 5* hotels I have stayed in! I had forgotten to take a toothbrush and was available as part of the toiletries.
Poor restaurant arrangement . Kitchen smelling in even upper stages .
Well Located, Close to Metro and possible to walk to the centre of Madrid through busy streets all the way. Clean and comfortable. Staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. The breadfast was good and My wife and I have an evening meal at the hotel which was excellent and well priced. I would stay here again and recommend the hotel
My travel guide book said there was an indoor pool which wasn't correct - disappointing - but not the hotels fault
The location is great. The staff are helpful. Also the area is full of cafes and parks.
Everything was great. I will be back for sure.
Best Western Hotel comfortıbel good.
Room is a little small.
Clean, very good value breakfast and easy access to all amenities
Very good hotel compared to the budget, nice staff helping in any possible way, Recommended hotel in Madrid
It's simply a great little hotel. The staff are polite and accommodating, the rooms are quiet and climate-controlled, and the experience certainly contributed to my enjoyment of the city. I hope that I can stay there again in the future!
Indifferent staffs, even without "thank you" after payment. Narrow showroom.
Good location for someone who wants to visit Madrid and does not want to be in rush downtown, however, with easy access to the key elements of the city and all for a reasonable price.
Breakfast are very, very basic.
The location was very convenient, just a 3 minute walk from two different metro stations. The room was clean, with daily room service. Free wi-fi with very good reception in all areas of the hotel.
Many members of the staff didn't speak very good english. Single room was quite small(not enough luggage space). The breakfast buffet didn't offer many options.
The hotel is in a good location close to the Metro. There are an excellent variety of shops and cafes close to the hotel. Restaurants and cafes in the area are reasonably priced.
